These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the winph3 platform at winph3.club. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any wagers. By creating an account or using any winph3 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below unless context requires otherwise:
Access to the winph3 Platform and participation in real-money wagering is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, consistent with the minimum legal gambling age applicable under PAGCOR-regulated online gaming frameworks in the Philippines. winph3 will verify age during the KYC process. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended, all wagering activity voided, and any remaining balance (excluding winnings derived from wagers) returned to the original payment source.
The winph3 Platform is intended for use by individuals physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws applicable to them. winph3 reserves the right to restrict or terminate access from any jurisdiction at any time without prior notice.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on winph3: (a) employees, contractors, or agents of winph3 and its affiliated companies; (b) immediate family members of the foregoing; (c) any person who has voluntarily self-excluded from the winph3 Platform for the duration of their self-exclusion period; (d) any person prohibited by applicable Philippine law from participating in gambling activities.
Each Player may maintain only one (1) Account on the winph3 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination of identifying factors — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. winph3 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances and bonuses.
Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must promptly update their Account details if any information changes. winph3 will not be liable for any losses, delays, or complications arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information, including but not limited to failed withdrawals caused by incorrect bank or e-wallet details.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including username and password. winph3 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP to the Player's registered Philippine mobile number. Any activity conducted through a Player's Account — whether authorized or not — shall be the responsibility of the Account holder. Players must notify winph3 support immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to their Account.
winph3 reserves the right to require identity verification at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawal requests, upon detection of unusual wagering patterns, or as required by applicable PAGCOR-related regulatory obligations. Accepted KYC documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID, Voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the period specified by winph3 may result in withdrawal suspension pending verification.
winph3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, GrabPay, QR Ph, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods are subject to change. The Platform is denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Crypto transactions are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction.
The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to the Player's Wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. winph3 does not charge fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges. Players are responsible for any such charges. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of thirty (30) minutes to a maximum of twenty-four (24) hours, subject to KYC status, active bonus wagering requirements, and payment provider processing times. winph3 will only process withdrawals to payment accounts that match the Player's registered identity. winph3 reserves the right to require additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request deemed high-risk or anomalous.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as inactive. winph3 may apply a monthly dormancy fee of ₱100 to inactive accounts with a positive balance. Players will be notified via their registered contact information prior to dormancy fees being applied. The balance will not be reduced below zero.
All bonuses offered by winph3 are subject to wagering requirements, validity periods, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn as real money.
New Players who make their first deposit within the eligibility window are entitled to a Welcome Bonus as detailed in the current promotion terms displayed on the winph3 Platform. The Welcome Bonus is available once per Player, per household, and per device. winph3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue the Welcome Bonus at any time without prior notice.
winph3 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering bonus funds exclusively on low-variance games to minimize risk; utilizing multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; coordinated wagering between multiple accounts; and any other behavior designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage with the Platform in good faith. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses forfeited and may be permanently closed at winph3's sole discretion.
The winph3 game library is subject to change without notice. winph3 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game at any time. Temporary unavailability of games due to technical maintenance does not constitute grounds for compensation unless a Wager was placed and interrupted mid-round, in which case the interrupted Wager will be settled in accordance with the applicable game provider's rules.
In the event of any technical malfunction, software error, or hardware failure that results in an incorrect game outcome being displayed or an incorrect amount being credited to or deducted from a Player's Wallet, winph3 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and reverse any transactions arising from the malfunction. No claim for winnings arising from a malfunction shall be entertained.
All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., PBA, FIBA, UFC, Premier League). In the event of a result being disputed by the relevant authority, settlement may be delayed pending final official confirmation. winph3's decision on the settlement of any disputed event shall be final.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the winph3 Platform:
Violation of any prohibition listed above may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.
Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works of any winph3 content without prior written consent. The winph3 name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the Platform operator and may not be used without authorization.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winph3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or costs of substitute services.
winph3's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their winph3 Wallet in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
winph3 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their own devices.
winph3 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, Players consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
winph3 will not sell, rent, or share Player personal data with third parties except as required for payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and applicable regulatory reporting obligations. All data transmission between Players and the Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
winph3 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via their registered contact information and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
Continued use of the winph3 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree with any amendment should close their Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to winph3's internal dispute resolution process, which aims to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. winph3's decisions on matters of game fairness, bonus eligibility, and fraud determination shall be final, subject to applicable regulatory oversight under the PAGCOR framework.
